How can I set up a first time scooping?Please fill out our contact form and we will get in contact with you ASAP to set up a day to visit your yard. You can also call or text at (440) 222-8592 Email: Scoopngo440@gmail.com

How do I pay?We accept Credit/Debit, Cashapp, or Zelle. We bill prepay monthly on the day your first service of every month. Cashapp is $OhioScoop Zelle is our phone number (440) 222-8592

Do I need to be home for my yard to be scooped?No. As long as we have access to the yard, we can service your yard without you being present. We will send you a text before and after the job is done!

I live in a Condo/Apartment. Can I still request service?Yes! We do scoop condos and apartments with small yards or common areas where your dog frequently visits.

Can I have my dog in the yard?We request that all dogs are securely inside while scooping the yard for the first time. Belly rubs can come after the job is done (For Dogs Only).

How is my pets waste disposed of?Your pets waste will be bagged with fresh scented trash bags and disposed of in your bin. At this time we do not offer haul away services.

What if the weather is bad?During extreme weather such as Thunderstorms, blizzards/accumulating snow, very low temperature (below 10*), high temperature (above 100*), or flooding we will not be able to service your yard. Light rain is manageable. We will try to accommodate within the same week or we will return next week. Refunds are not issued for skipped visits due to weather. It means double the waste to scoop next visit. Thanks for your understanding!

How do I cancel or pause my service?Give us a call or text at (440) 222-8592 and let us know so we can take you off the schedule.

I am outside of your service area, can I request service?We are building up our routes and expanding our service areas monthly! Fill out our contact form and we will see if we can fit you into an existing route.

Can I request a specific day for service?We do our best to accommodate requests but your weekly service day is mostly decided by your address to allow the most efficient routes. Some towns we do pass through twice a week so we do offer some flexibility in scheduling.
